For the Christmas season of 2023, this video, which is being shown at all Lotte Department Store locations, is a short animation that tells the enchanting story of Haea's visit to a magical letter shop and the Christmas fairies.

The story was written by author Serang Chung, and the original illustrations were created by children's book author Júlia Sardà, while Cobb Studio handled the adaptation and overall production.
Jaeyeon Nam participated in the creation of the character models.
